Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Drawings, samples, specification sheets, design materials, and business information shared by the customer are handled within the scope necessary to evaluate and carry out the project. An NDA may be arranged where required. Ownership of original designs, specifications, samples, and other development deliverables will be determined by contract or other written agreement between the parties.
