Typical Development and Production Flow
Inquiry and Initial Discussion
We review the product concept, intended use, sales channel, estimated quantity, target cost, preferred timing, and the materials currently available.
Product and Specification Confirmation
We organize dimensions, construction, materials, colors, accessories, printing or embroidery, packaging, and quality requirements.
Material and Accessory Selection
Based on the reviewed specifications, we examine fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, hardware, labels, and other required items.
Sample Development
A sample is produced according to the agreed conditions. Shape, dimensions, usability, materials, sewing, and accessories are reviewed.
Revisions and Final Specification Approval
Revision points are organized after the sample review, and the final specifications, materials, colors, accessories, and packaging conditions are confirmed for production.
Quotation and Production-Condition Confirmation
Quantity conditions, sample fees, production pricing, schedule, inspection conditions, payment terms, and delivery conditions are confirmed.
Mass Production
Materials are procured and production proceeds according to the final specifications, order conditions, and production plan.
Quality Inspection
In-process and pre-shipment quality checks are carried out according to the final specifications and inspection conditions.
Shipment and Delivery Coordination
Shipment is arranged according to the agreed packaging, trade, shipping, and delivery conditions.
The number of sample rounds, fees, minimum order quantity, production schedule, inspection method, payment terms, and shipment conditions are confirmed in writing for each project.
